Dearest Theresa and family,
We often tell fond remembrance stories of days of hiking and cold night camping with the Boy Scouts of Onsted Troop 637. Chris certainly was a wonderful leader and a great inspiration for so many of the fellows that were a part of that group. Keeping you in our hearts. Always.

Theresa and Families,

Please accept my sincere sympathy on your loss of Chris, one of my favorite "Santas". Chris always seemed like a gentle man, always with a smile for ALL. May he rest in the arms of the Lord and just know that he is now free from all that to endure here on this Earth and savor your many memories. I find those help a lot after losing someone you love. God Bless ALL

Dear Theresa and AV, please know how much I enjoyed your family and my conversations with Chris. A man with this type of personality and energy leaves a hole in the heart that only the Lord can fill and in time the tears of today will turn into laughter. Memories are one of the great gifts from God. And after you grieve you will not be able to help but remember the man with the robust laugh, the infectious smile and the stories of chasing "something" from here to Alaska. That remembering will not be able to occur without laughter. Just keep going. The hole will remain. The laughter will return. Matt. 6:33
